mamseo.com provides an AI-powered local SEO audit tool. Upon payment of a one-time fee, you receive a PDF report analyzing your website for local search optimization signals, including a comparison against local competitors. The report is generated using automated analysis and AI.

3. Payment

The current price is $49 USD per audit report, charged as a one-time fee.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
All prices are in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect already-purchased reports.

4. Refund Policy

Because our product is a digitally delivered report generated immediately upon payment, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your report, please contact us at support@mamseo.com within 7 days and we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion.

5. Permitted Use

You may use your audit report for personal or business purposes. You may not:

Resell or redistribute reports generated by the Service without our written permission.
Use the Service to audit websites you do not own or have explicit authorization to audit.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the underlying methodology or data from the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

That the audit report will be error-free or complete.
That following the recommendations will result in improved search rankings.
That the Service will be uninterrupted or available at all times.

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including Google's algorithm changes, your website's existing quality, and your implementation of recommendations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mamseo.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant report.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by mamseo.com and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your audit report is licensed to you for personal and business use but remains subject to these Terms.
