  • Website URL and business information you provide when requesting an audit (business name, city, category).
  • Payment information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card number, expiry, or CVV — Stripe handles all payment data.
  • Email address if you contact us at support@mamseo.com.
  • Usage data such as browser type, IP address, pages visited, and time of visit, collected automatically via server logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate and deliver your SEO audit report.
  • Process your payment via Stripe.
  • Respond to support requests and inquiries.
  • Improve the quality and performance of our service.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with:

  • Anthropic — your website URL and public page content are sent to Anthropic's API to generate audit insights. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.
  • Service providers — we use Railway for hosting. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it.

4. Data Retention

Audit reports and associated business data are retained for up to 90 days for support and reference purposes, then deleted. Payment transaction records are retained as required by law and Stripe's policies.

5. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for the service to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Opt out of any future communications.
